On August 28th, Hilary Scott accepted the Americana CD of the Year National 2014 award from the Rural Roots Music Commission of the National Traditional Country Music Association for her album, Flowers On Mars! Hilary Scott says, “I would like to thank the Rural Roots Commission for this prestigious award. I am very honored and excited to have my work recognized by the distinguished Rural Roots Music Commission, and I am so proud to be considered as part of the Association’s goal to keep traditional, real music alive.”
The Rural Roots Commission also presented her with this Thank You letter.
